The responsibilities and liabilities of Hajj 'O Umrah Services Enterprise, Inc. (H.O.U.S.E.) d/b/a Haaji Travel, Inc, hereafter termed as HTS are limited. 

HTS its agents and/or affiliates are not liable for any delay, change in schedule, loss, injury and damage to, or in respect to any persons or properties however caused or arising in connection with the services of any trains, vehicles, carriers, aircraft, motor or other conveyances or hotel which may used, whether wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers.

HTS, its agents and/or affiliates are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, war, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond HTS its agents and/or affiliate's control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. 

HTS, its agents or affiliates, will not be responsible for passenger's failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. In the event of flight delay or miss connection, it is the responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. HTS, its agents and/or affiliates are not responsible of any additional costs due to delay or missed connection of confirmed flights, baggage delay or transit layover hotel accommodations.

Deposit of $25 is required for airline reservation. Full payment is required prior to printing of ticket. Cancellation and changes to tickets are subject to the Carriers policy and procedure, plus $50 HTS service fee. 

Deposit of $500 is required for Umrah package reservation. Full payment is required upon confirmation of the package. Written request for cancellation must be received 10 days prior to departure to qualify of 80% refund. 

Deposit of $1,000 is required for Hajj package reservation. Full payment is required upon confirmation of the package. Written request for cancellation must be received 30 days prior to departure to qualify of 80% refund. 

I hereby authorize HTS, its agents and/or affiliates to charge me for agreed upon services and charges.

I / We will abide by all laws, rules and regulations of all Governments involved in my travel and/or tour itinerary.

I / We will NOT overstay the time granted on the visa.

I / We will NOT hold HTS, its agents and/or affiliates responsible and liable for any costs or consequences of my failing to comply with all Laws, Rules, regulations and requirements of countries included in my itinerary..
